Now don’t get me wrong I love exercise! And until I got pregnant and had a baby I either had physically demanding job or was spending hours in the gym and loved the way it makes me feel and look. Some could even call me exercise freak!
But since nowadays most of my time I spend at home caring for my daughter. I don’t have time and energy to do any exercise apart from little walks and occasional squats. As I have noticed my backside might have paid the price for that lol. Even that most mums trying to make their bum smaller I have the opposite problem my bum packed it up and went for holiday last time I have checked.
However if you trying to lose weight as a mum, zero carb could be your best friend! And no you don’t need to exercise unless you feel like it. Or want your bum come back to work, as in my case.
Exercise is still very good for your physical and mental health but when you trying to lose weight it may work against you. That might not make much sense but I am sure you do realize that more energy you put out there more energy you need to put in as it will make you more hungry. You can read more here. And most people going on zero carb have some kind of health issues, so your body requires a lot of energy to heal. So I wouldn’t waste that energy unless you feel the need to exercise. And it makes you happy.
But as per us sleep deprived mums, most of us need that energy for breastfeeding and running after our little angels. So take it easy on yourself mama and focus on what you can improve in your diet first. Check my daily food diary on top right.
